Shipping policy

LIORAMAISON ships from our studio at 419 Fisher Dr, Roseboro NC 28382, United States.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm ET are processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Domestic shipping

Standard shipping (3–7 business days): $8, free on orders over $150.

Expedited shipping (2–3 business days): $18.

Rates and delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment.

International shipping

International rates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Delays and lost parcels

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

If tracking shows no movement for seven business days, or a parcel is marked delivered and cannot be found, contact us at support@lioramaison.store and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the original shipping cost is paid again.
